The Ask
Buffalo & Bergen is a New-York inspired bagel deli located in Washington, DC. For their first seven years, they functioned as a permanent pop-up at the heavily-trafficked food hall, Union Market. When they reached out, they were gearing up to open their first independent location and needed to revamp their entire social media presence to reflect the importance of this big move.
The Deliverable
Buffalo & Bergen’s social goals were to push their new location and create a consistent and elevated presence. I built out a social media strategy that addressed these goals by creating a social identity unique to Buffalo & Bergen- one that built off of their preexisting brand- as well as content themes for social that hit on larger brand objectives. I now currently write and manage content for their social media pages.
